news from Manang is good. Phil is well and safe and still going strong! Apparently it was a cyclist's day today with the lead being taken by one of the mountain bikers. Phil said he came somewhere mid-field.
Tomorrow is his rest day (so I'm sure he'll find something energetic to do) before heading up to Thorung Phedi and then the snowy Thorung Pass.
Many people at work are now following his progress with interest on the Yak Attack website - ahem! in their break times of course...
